CCB Financial Leasing Corporation (“CCB Financial Leasing”) is a large-size financial leasing company set up with the approval of China Banking Regulatory Commission.  It is a joint venture between China Construction Bank and Bank of American with a registered capital of RMB4,500 million.

2.    Positions Available and Qualification Requirements

For this round of recruitment, 18 positions will be available for jobs in account sales, product development, leasing approval, equipment management, contract execution, operation management, fund management, planning and budgeting, information technology, credit check, compliance, etc.

Basic Requirements:

2.1     Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, patriotic, law-abiding and without undesirable records.

2.2     University graduate or above in disciplines related to accounting, economics, finance, law, investments, financial projects, information technology, English, etc.  Basically should be 35 years of age or below (except when there is a special requirement in a position).

2.3     Good coordination skills and team spirit, honest and trustworthy.

2.4     Superior learning and innovative capabilities, strong work passion and diligent.

2.5     Superior English communication skills.

2.6     Good appearance, good health and absence of mental diseases, infectious diseases or other diseases not suitable for working in a company.

2.7     Fulfils the basic requirements of the available positions (Please refer to Position Requirements in Appendix 1).  These requirements will be appropriately relaxed for applicants with particularly outstanding qualifications.

3.    Recruitment procedures

The recruitment procedures include steps in application, preliminary screening, written examination, interview, physical examination and employment.

3.1     Application

Applicants are requested to log onto CCB’s website at www.ccb.com, search for recruitment information, then download, fill out and return the relevant application form as required (Please refer to Appendix 2 for the Recruitment Registration Form).

3.2     Preliminary shortlisting

A preliminary screening of applicants is used to shortlist candidates qualified to sit for the written examination.

3.3     Written examination

The names of candidates eligible for the written examination will be announced in CCB’s website.  Unsuccessful candidates will not be notified separately.  Qualified applicants should go to the specified venue at the time indicated in the announcement and sit for the written examination.

3.4     Interview and physical examination

Candidates who are eligible to sit for interview will be announced in CCB’s website and notified individually by telephone.  Applicants not short-listed for interview will not be notified separately.  The interview consists of two parts: a professional interview and an integrative interview.  Qualified applicants should go to the specified venue at the time indicated in the announcement to participate in an interview.  Applicants who have passed the interview will be asked to undergo a physical examination.

3.5     Employment

Employment will be offered to applicants on the merits of the results of the interview and physical examination.  Admission procedures will follow.

4     Application procedure

4.1     Applicants please send in their application forms via e-mail to yangyi.zh@ccb.com.  The subject of the e–mail should be “Recruitment of XXX position in the XXX Department of CCB Financial Leasing”.

4.2     The application form should be sent in as an attachment to the e-mail and named “Name + Identity Card Number”.

4.3     An application form should have a photo attached or else it would not be handled.

4.4     Please fill out the application form seriously, truthfully and completely.  Application forms can be downloaded from CCB’s website (Please refer to Attachment 2).

4.5     Applicants shall be responsible for the truthfulness of the contents of the application form.  If these contents are inconsistent with facts, CCB Financial Leasing has the right to revoke the applicant's qualification for employment.

4.6     Application material of unsuccessful applicants will not be returned.

4.7     Application via channels other than the Internet will not be entertained.

5.    Miscellaneous Notes

5.1     The progress of this recruitment will be announced from time to time in CCB’s website at www.ccb.com.  Applicants are reminded to make online checks in time for the latest information.

5.3     Residence status of successful applicants will not be catered.

5.4     The examinations will be held in Beijing.  Applicants from out of Beijing are responsible for all expenses they incur during their stay in Beijing.
